Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of purchasing experience required.
• Substitution: CPPB certification substitutes for one year of college; CPPO substitutes for two years.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, prepares and maintains purchase and payment documents. Works with vendors to collect quotes and invoices.
• Pro card holder; reconciles purchases.
• Monitors purchases for conformance with the Model Procurement Code (KRS 45A).
• Performs beginning level duties in procurement and/or payment of goods and non-professional services.
• Other duties as directed by Fiscal Manager and Supervisor.
