Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience or internship in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Familiarity with SAP and strong Excel proficiency.
• Understanding of procurement processes, logistics, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Review BOMs and issue RFQs to approved suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier proposals based on cost, delivery, and terms.
• Create and manage purchase orders in SAP with proper approvals.
• Track and expedite purchase orders to meet project schedules.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, and supply issues.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and communicate potential delays.
• Investigate discrepancies with POs, receipts, and invoices.
• Support supplier performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
