Responsibilities

• Audit all paperwork to ensure the products being ordered are correct.
• Ensure all jobs are processed accurately.
• Communicate inaccuracies to the field office and coordinate resolutions.
• Verify vendor pricing and create purchase orders for materials ordered.
• Track ordered products to ensure delivery to destination.
• Process returns for any material not needed.
