Job summary

Sears Holdings Corporation is seeking a Procurement Specialist to ensure materials are delivered per contract terms for products like windows, doors, and cabinets. The role requires accurate order processing, vendor pricing validation, and coordination with field offices to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates can work under pressure, learn quickly, and deliver world-class customer service. Full-time hours are 8:00am–5:00pm with benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Audit paperwork to ensure products ordered are correct (≤ ensure accuracy).
• Process jobs and orders accurately per contract scope.
• Communicate inaccuracies to stakeholders and work to resolve.
• Verify pricing from vendors and create purchase orders for material ordered.
• Track orders to ensure on-time delivery to destination.
• Process returns for any surplus or unused material.

Job Description

The Procurement Specialist ensures that the material purchased are delivered according to the agreed terms and conditions. They are responsible for performing multiple tasks to ensure all custom orders are placed accurately and to the scope of the contract. Products include, windows, entry doors, garage doors, bathrooms, countertops, flooring, cabinet refacing, and kitchen remodel.

The right candidate is able to work under pressure, has the desire to learn new things, and understands the importance to providing world class customer service.

Full time hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $12.50/hr + benefits + Paid time off
