Responsibilities

• Follows up and expedites procurement of material through Procurement Department and support departments to ensure orders are available on the required date.
• Communicates daily, written and verbally, with vendors and internal buyers.
• Maintains records, charts, graphs, logs and progress reports as required.
• Assists in preparation of regular and special reports, inventories, etc. for both internal and external analysis.
• All employees are responsible for the Quality of their work to ensure BEI meets, or exceeds Customer Satisfaction.
