Job summary

ZB Designs in Ogden, Utah, is seeking a Procurement Manager to own packaging and supplier purchases for Wigglitz. You will manage MOQs, lead times, costs, and reorder points across printing, packaging, corrugated displays, and related materials.

You’ll drive competitive quotes, negotiate terms, manage POs through delivery, and partner with design and manufacturing teams to keep pace with launches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, ideally consumer products, packaging, or print.
• Hands-on buying of printed and packaged goods: labels, folding cartons, corrugated, retail displays, CDUs, master cartons.
• Proven negotiation results with improved pricing or terms.
• Urgency under pressure: move quickly when launches/retail programs require packaging.
• Strong spreadsheet skills across reorder planning, burn rates, and cost modeling.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and motivate others to meet goals.
• Follow-through: quotes, POs, specs, and delivery dates kept on track.

Responsibilities

• The vendor base across printing, packaging, corrugated, retail displays, and fulfillment supplies.
• Competitive quoting on active items and second sources for every category.
• Negotiation on pricing, MOQs, and terms as volume grows.
• Manage every purchase order from issuance to delivery, track timelines.
• Set reorder triggers and days-of-cover for items; flag long-lead goods or spikes.
