The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in procurement, ERP experience (SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, NetSuite), and strong Excel/data reporting skills. Travel ~30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in procurement with 2+ years in people management.
• Hands-on ERP/procurement experience (SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, NetSuite, etc.).
• Proven track record of developing and leading a team.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven reporting.
• Solid understanding of PO lifecycle, inventory management and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of buyers; set goals and conduct reviews.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members on procurement systems and processes.
• Allocate workload across the team and manage capacity.
• Ensure KPIs and service levels are met and monitored.
• Oversee end-to-end PO process and supplier performance reviews.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, finance and production to align purchasing with demand.
• Identify process improvements to reduce friction and costs.
