Responsibilities

• Own and manage full lifecycle of construction and facility maintenance projects.
• Expand vendor database and issue solicitations, RFPs, and bid packages.
• Manage multiple concurrent capital construction and facility maintenance projects.
• Conduct market and vendor research to support sourcing decisions.
• Prepare and evaluate quotes for construction, maintenance, and related contracts.
• Supervise the Procurement Specialist and ensure compliance with policies.
