Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd is seeking a Procurement Manager to join our team in Sarasota, FL. You will manage supplier performance, ensure adherence to contractual terms, and support production and customer support needs across North America.

The role requires 5+ years in aircraft supply chain procurement, BI and analytics experience, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice. Excellent stakeholder interaction and lean principles knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Supply Chain Management or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain/procurement in aircraft industry.
• Experience with BI tools and supply chain analytics.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of lean principles and tools.

Procurement Manager

Pilatus is hiring a Procurement Manager to join our team in Sarasota, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining supplier performance in accordance with agreed contractual terms and real-time business needs. Pilatus is a global company based in Switzerland with a worldwide supplier base and this position is focused on the suppliers located in North America. The primary focus is resolution of issues that require face-to-face onsite presence, on short notice and over an extended period of time. The position is expected to be forward-thinking and to recommend and implement strategies for improving supplier performance and meeting production and customer support requirements. What you do

What you bring

• Minimum B.S. in Supply Chain Management or equivalent; graduate degree is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain and/or procurement role in the aircraft industry
• Experience with business intelligence tools and supply chain analytics
• Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice
• Ability to develop relationships and interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders across varied business areas
• Good knowledge in lean principles and tools
