Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or equivalent; graduate degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years in a supply chain and/or procurement role in the aircraft industry.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and supply chain analytics.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally, including short notice.
• Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders across varied business areas.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist proactive management of assigned suppliers within North American portfolio.
• Hold suppliers accountable to contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Solve crises and ensure execution of recovery plans.
• Perform supplier risk analysis and mitigation actions to protect Pilatus's production plan.
• Communicate proactively with Pilatus supply chain stakeholders.
• Escalate issues as needed according to roles and responsibilities.

Pilatus is hiring a Procurement Manager to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining supplier performance in accordance with agreed contractual terms and real-time business needs. Pilatus is a global company based in Switzerland with a worldwide supplier base and this position is focused on the suppliers located in North America. The primary focus is resolution of issues that require face-to-face onsite presence, on short notice and over an extended period of time. The position is expected to be forward-thinking and to recommend and implement strategies for improving supplier performance and meeting production and customer support requirements. • Assists with proactive and successful management of assigned suppliers within the North American supplier portfolio
• Hold suppliers accountable to contractual obligations, commitments, and Key Performance Indicators
• Solves crisis and secures execution of recovery plans.
• Perform supplier risk analysis, develop and execute mitigation actions that protects Pilatus's production plan
• Communicate proactively with all Pilatus supply chain stakeholders
• Escalate issues when needed according to roles and responsibilities

What you bring

• Minimum B.S. in Supply Chain Management or equivalent; graduate degree is an advantage
