Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd in Sarasota, FL, seeks a Director Supply Chain to lead end-to-end aircraft production supply chain, including procurement, logistics, warehousing and material planning, ensuring material availability and on-time delivery.

You will develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams in Production, Engineering and Quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or certifications like APICS/CIPS preferred).
• 7+ years of supply chain experience, ideally in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proven leadership across procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
• Familiar with aviation regulations, export controls, and global supply chains.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Balances inventory levels, lead times, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Quality.
• Leads and develops the supply chain team.
• Drives KPI-based performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensures strong cross-functional alignment across the organization.
• Ensures compliance with HQ guidelines and standards.

Pilatus is hiring a Director Supply Chain to join our team in Sarasota, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing all end-to-end supply chain activities within an aircraft production environment. This includes strategic and operational oversight of procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and material planning. This role ensures material availability, supplier performance, compliance with aviation standards, and efficient flow of components to support production schedules, cost targets, and quality requirements. What you bring
