About the Role:

We’re seeking a Procurement / Contract Manager to support the and Project Icon Integration initiatives for a leading financial services client. This role plays a critical part in ensuring contract compliance, vendor negotiation, and strategic procurement oversight. Ideal candidates will bring a strong understanding of IT contracts, procurement processes, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support contract management and procurement functions for enterprise-wide integration efforts
• Review and negotiate IT contracts, identifying risks and delivering recommendations
• Conduct data analysis to inform procurement strategy and executive decision-making
• Prepare and deliver presentations and summaries to leadership teams
• Capture meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through
• Partner with internal stakeholders to document, analyze, and improve business processes
• Leverage tools like Excel and PowerPoint to support planning and reporting

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years in procurement or contract management (preferably in financial services)
• Strong experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing IT contracts
• Financial acumen and ability to analyze complex data sets
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and note-taking/follow-up methodologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of procurement process methodologies (Six Sigma, LEAN, etc.)
• Experience with business process documentation and improvement
• Familiarity with Financial services Industry systems or financial services technology

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
