Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal or related field.
6-10 years of experience in procurement of renewable energy / infrastructure services.
Proven experience in vendor negotiations, innovation partnerships, and contract execution.
Proven track record in negotiating complex commercial contracts and managing MSAs.
Knowledgeable of US safe harbor, tariffs, FEOC/material assistance, UFLPA, and tax equity financing requirements.
Ability to manage across multiple global time zones and availability to travel as needed.
Strong knowledge of technical, operational, market, and financial drivers for utility-scale and standalone storage projects.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently across time zones.

Build and execute category strategies for EPC and key services
Develop supplier market intelligence: capacity, pricing trends, lead times, risks, and innovation in the US’ renewable ecosystem
Create sourcing plans per project stage
Establish Key Supplier relationships and long-term strategies
Provide costing baselines and budget assumptions aligned with engineering for the different project stages
Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes
Coordinate cross-functional bid reviews
Drive competitive tension, robust bid leveling, and TCO comparisons to recommend award decisions
Structure and negotiate EPC and services contracts
Define and secure risk-balanced terms
Collaborate with Legal to ensure contract enforceability and compliance with local regulations
Facilitate kick-off and contract handover to Project Management and Construction teams
Establish supplier performance KPIs
Lead issue resolution and drive continuous improvement with strategic vendors
Monitor market changes and update cost benchmarks
Ensure procurement governance, audit readiness, and alignment with internal DOAs
Uphold ethical sourcing, anti-bribery/AML, ESG, and HSE standards
Maintain rigorous documentation: tender records, evaluations, commercial memos, contract versions, and supplier scorecards
