The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years in procurement or technical purchasing within EPC, energy, or infrastructure contexts, with knowledge of PV modules and BESS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business, international trade, supply chain mgmt, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or technical purchasing roles.
• Experience supporting EPC, renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of PV modules and BESS equipment.
• Familiarity with RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, and bid analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central).
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent or native-level English; Spanish a plus.

We are seeking a Procurement to support the development and execution of procurement strategies for an internationally expanding renewable energy company. This role plays a key part in supplier management, sourcing, logistics coordination, and compliance with internal procurement and contracting policies across U.S.-based projects.

The ideal candidate has experience in technical procurement within EPC, energy, or infrastructure environments and is comfortable working with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, international setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies for solar and energy storage (BESS) projects in the U.S.
• Manage supplier communications, RFQs, bid evaluations, and commercial and technical comparisons.
• Coordinate sourcing, purchasing, and logistics for critical equipment and materials.
• Track supplier performance, pricing, lead times, and contractual conditions.
• Assist with contract review, negotiation support, and compliance with internal purchasing procedures.
• Coordinate import/export documentation, tariffs, and international logistics processes.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and ERP system updates.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, project management, and finance teams.
• Provide procurement-related input to support project planning and prioritization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or technical purchasing roles.
• Experience supporting EPC, renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of key renewable energy equipment, particularly PV modules and BESS.
• Familiarity with RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, and comparative bid analysis.
• Understanding of import/export processes, tariffs, and international logistics documentation.Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with CRM, supplier databases, or procurement tracking tools is a plus.
• Fluent or native-level English required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
