  • Logistics & Delivery – Coordinate with vendors, workrooms, freight partners, and installers to ensure timely and accurate delivery; monitor all shipments from order placement through installation, proactively managing timelines; resolve delays, damages, and discrepancies with efficiency and sound judgment.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate purchasing records, expediting schedules, and procurement documentation; provide clear, timely updates to the design team and, when appropriate, to clients; record and track all client payments and vendor invoices within Studio Designer; ensure all payments are accurately applied to corresponding proposals and purchase orders; reconcile procurement-related financials in coordination with the Finance team; maintain alignment between orders placed, funds received, and vendor payments issued; support installation coordination by ensuring all procurement-related items are delivered and accounted for.

  • Proficiency in Studio Designer required.
