Job summary

Machinify is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier negotiations, and governance across the enterprise. You’ll manage the full procurement lifecycle, validate requirements with IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Dallas, TX based with a hybrid schedule, you’ll ensure purchases align with IT standards and vendor strategies, track SLAs, and support due diligence, security, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 3–7 years of procurement, sourcing, or vendor management experience.
  • Experience with enterprise procurement/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, Workday).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end procurement of goods and services for the Enterprise.
  • Create and process purchase requisitions and orders per policy.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements, budgets, and approvals.
  • Ensure purchases align with IT standards, architecture, and vendor strategies.
  • Support sourcing events, RFIs, RFPs, and vendor evaluations.
  • Maintain vendor records, contracts, and renewal calendars.
  • Assist in tracking vendor performance against SLAs.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through consolidation and renegotiation.
  • Ensure alignment with cost centers and financial controls.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Information Security, and Compliance during onboarding.

About the Opportunity

The Procurement Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the organizationacquiresthe right solutionsefficiently,cost-effectively, and in alignment with enterprise standards. In this role,you’llmanage the full procurement lifecycle, partnering closely with IT, Finance, Legal, Information Security, and key business stakeholders tovalidaterequirements,optimizevendor relationships, andmaintainstrong operational discipline.

You will lead sourcing activities, support contract negotiations, manage vendor documentation, and help drivecost‑saving initiatives across our portfolio. A significant part of the role includes ensuring governance and compliance: supporting due diligence reviews, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and ensuring procurement practices align with legal, security, and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do (Role Responsibilities)
Procurement Execution
  • Manage end-to-end procurement ofgoods and services that support the Enterprise
  • Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate requirements, budgets, and approvals.
  • Ensure purchases align with approved IT standards, architecture, and vendor strategies
Vendor and Contract Management
  • Support sourcing events, RFIs, RFPs, and vendor evaluations.
  • Assist in contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and service-level agreements.
  • Maintain vendor records, contract repositories, and renewal calendars.
  • Assist in tracking vendor performance against contractual obligations and SLAs.
Financial and Cost Management
  • Obtain competitive quotes and perform price comparisons.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives through consolidation, renegotiation, and vendor optimization.
  • Ensure alignment with approved cost centers and financial controls.
Governance, Compliance, and Risk
  • Ensure procurement activitiescomply withenterprise policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Information Security, and Compliance teams during vendor onboarding.
  • Support due diligence activities such as security assessments, data privacy reviews, and financial risk checks.
  • Maintain documentation required for internal and external audits.
Process and Operations Support
  • Support lifecycle activities including renewals, terminations, and asset tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and automation.
What You Bring
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, preferably supporting multiple categories.
  • Experience with enterprise procurement or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, Workday, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Preferred
  • Experience in large enterprise or regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, finance, healthcare, manufacturing).
  • Knowledge of sourcing and due diligence governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Professional certification such as:
    • CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management)
    • CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)
    • ITIL Foundation (optional)

The salary for this position is based on an array of factors unique to each candidate: Such as years and depth of experience, set skills, certifications, etc. We are hiring for different levels, and our Recruiting team will let you know if you qualify for a different role/range.

Pay range: $135,000 + Annual Bonus
