Job summary

Machinify, a leading healthcare intelligence company based in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Procurement Manager to manage the full procurement lifecycle, partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, Information Security, and business stakeholders to validate requirements and optimize vendor relationships.

You will lead sourcing events, negotiate contracts, maintain audit-ready documentation, and drive cost-saving initiatives across the portfolio while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–7 years of procurement, sourcing, or vendor management experience.
• Experience with enterprise procurement or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, Workday, etc.).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for enterprise needs.
• Support contract negotiations and vendor evaluations.
• Maintain vendor records and contract repositories.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and ensure financial controls.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across procurement.
• Support renewals, terminations, and asset tracking.
