Essential Skills

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field preferred.

• 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience.

• Previous experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with ERP/purchasing systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or product-based environment preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strategic sourcing and supplier management experience.

• Inventory and demand-planning knowledge.

• Experience identifying and executing cost-reduction initiatives.

• Strong understanding of purchasing metrics, supplier KPIs, and total cost of ownership.

• APICS/ASCM CSCP or CPSM certification is a plus.

• Bilingual

Work Environment

This role requires working in the office from Monday to Friday. The environment is conducive to collaboration, leveraging technologies like ERP and Microsoft Office to support procurement activities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
