Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd is hiring a Procurement Manager to join our team in Broomfield, CO. You will oversee supplier performance, ensure adherence to contractual terms, and align supplier activities with Pilatus production and customer-support needs across North America.

The role requires building strong supplier relationships, leading cross-functional projects, and traveling on short notice for in-person visits.

Competenze

• Minimum B.S. in Supply Chain Management or equivalent; graduate degree is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain and/or procurement role in the aircraft industry
• Experience with business intelligence tools and supply chain analytics
• Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice
• Ability to develop relationships and interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders across varied business areas
• Good knowledge in lean principles and tools
• Experience with ERP/MRP software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• This position involves access to technology that is subject to U.S. export controls. Any job offer made will be contingent upon the applicant’s capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.

• Solve crises and secure execution of recovery plans

Description

Pilatus is hiring a Procurement Manager to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining supplier performance in accordance with agreed contractual terms and real-time business needs. Pilatus is a global company based in Switzerland with a worldwide supplier base and this position is focused on the suppliers located in North America. The primary focus is resolution of issues that require face-to-face onsite presence, on short notice and over an extended period of time. The position is expected to be forward-thinking and to recommend and implement strategies for improving supplier performance and meeting production and customer support requirements. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people-management responsibilities.

The hiring range is $68,000 - $94,000 per year. This range represents Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd.’s estimate of the compensation reasonably expected for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant skills and experience, education, job location, internal equity, market data, and business considerations. The hiring range may be modified in the future based on business or market conditions. Any bonus, incentive compensation, benefits, or other forms of compensation are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans, programs, and policies and may be modified in accordance with applicable law.
