Redz Group Pte Ltd in Singapore invites high-potential individuals to join the Management Trainee (Procurement Operations) program designed to fast-track you into leadership within our Procurement & Logistics team.

You will be directly involved in sourcing, supplier management, and logistics coordination across brands, including regional procurement activities, with a one-year rotational format and structured training to support progression into future managerial roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or open to fresh graduates.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory systems is an advantage.
• Interest in procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support daily procurement and supply chain operations including supplier sourcing, price comparison, negotiation support, and PO management.
• Assist in vendor management to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and distribution to outlets.
• Monitor logistics processes and support improvements in delivery scheduling and cost control.
• Track and analyze procurement and inventory data; prepare reports for internal planning.
• Collaborate across functions to minimize stock discrepancies, wastage, and stock-out risks.
