Action Technology Services, LLC. is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Specialist to independently own RFQs, quote awards, purchase orders, and vendor management for live AV/IT integration projects in Sierra Vista/Tucson area.
You will coordinate with project managers, site leads, warehouse, engineering, and finance to ensure on-time material availability and accurate records. The role emphasizes process improvement, strict documentation, and cost control under tight project deadlines, with
Qualificações
- 5+ years in purchasing, logistics, or materials management for IT/AV integrator
- Hands-on RFQs, quote consolidation, and PO release
- Track multi-line, multi-vendor fulfillment across project lifecycle
- Advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, dashboards)
- Strong written and verbal communication with PMs, vendors, and finance
Responsabilidades
- Issue RFQs from BOMs and consolidate quotes for awards
- Recommend awards and issue POs aligned to budgets and deliveries
- Administer purchasing system; keep PO, quote, vendor records current
- Coordinate with PMs, site leads, warehouse, and finance
- Expedite delayed orders; resolve changes, RMAs, credits
- Track fulfillment from PO to shipping, receiving, and closeout
