Job summary

The Procurement and Logistics Analyst role is based in Columbus, Ohio, and is an onsite, full-time position. The successful candidate will help manage over $30 million in annual spend, analyze data, and drive cost-savings across procurement and logistics functions.

You will collaborate with Finance and Operations, develop dashboards, and support sourcing decisions. A degree in a related field and 2–5 years of experience are expected, with strong Excel skills and vendor management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years procurement, purchasing, sourcing, finance, logistics, or supply chain analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze purchasing activity to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Create procurement reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
• Monitor vendor performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist with supplier selection, sourcing, and contract negotiations.
• Support purchasing strategies and budgeting efforts.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to forecast needs.
• Maintain supplier records, contracts, and procurement docs.
