As a Procurement Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Procurement and Asset Management department supporting cross-functional teams. What's the Job?

• Support procurement operations related to technology hardware, software, and services by maintaining accurate records and processing purchase requests.
• Assist in vendor onboarding, compliance documentation, and contract management to ensure seamless procurement workflows.
• Compile, analyze, and report on procurement, spend, and asset data to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Support sourcing initiatives, including supplier comparisons, pricing reviews, and evaluation of sourcing events.
• Maintain technology asset records, support lifecycle management, and coordinate device refresh activities to optimize asset utilization.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting procurement, sourcing, or asset management activities in a structured environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of technology-related purchasing concepts, including software licensing and hardware assets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and experience with ERP or vendor management systems is preferred.
