Job summary

You will negotiate supplier agreements, manage legal/commercial risks, and help ensure a compliant and resilient supply chain for commercial and government programs in the United States.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• JD/PhD

Responsibilities

• Legal support for sourcing initiatives and procurement transactions.
• Advising procurement leadership as an embedded partner on cost, risk, and supply continuity.
• Developing and maintaining purchasing terms, risk standards, playbooks, and contract templates.
• Supplier risk management and continuity for engine programs and government end-use.
• Negotiating and reviewing domestic and international purchasing and framework agreements under U.S. law.
• Advising on FAR/DFARS compliance and government contract flow-down obligations.
• Supporting resolution of government-related supplier disputes and claims.
