Qualifications

• Experience supporting procurement or supply chain in a multinational organization.
• Experience developing standardized contract templates, playbooks, and contract governance processes.
• Experience implementing or improving a contract lifecycle management system.
• Familiarity with U.S. government contracting requirements, particularly FAR and DFARS.
• Experience negotiating agreements involving government contract flow-down provisions.

Responsibilities

• Legal support for sourcing initiatives and procurement transactions, including escalation and approval forums.
• Advising procurement leadership and business functions as an embedded sparring partner with understanding of cost structure and risk appetite.
• Developing and maintaining purchasing terms and conditions, risk standards, playbooks, and contract templates.
• Managing supplier risk, including distressed or insolvent suppliers and single-/sole-source situations.
• Advising on flow-down of U.S. government prime contract clauses into subcontracts and purchase orders.
