government programs. The role requires substantial experience in procurement law, experience with government contracts, and the ability to develop contract templates and governance playbooks.

Qualifications

• Law degree (JD/PhD) or equivalent with bar admission.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with procurement or supply chain.
• U.S. citizen required.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and government contracts.
• Experience drafting and negotiating supplier agreements.

Responsibilities

• Legal support for sourcing initiatives and procurement transactions.
• Advising procurement leadership as an embedded partner.
• Developing and maintaining purchasing terms and templates.
• Supplier risk and flow-down obligations management.
• Advising on government contract clauses and compliance.
