• Oversee global procurement operations and ensure compliance.
• Review and approve procurement actions within delegated authority.
• Mentor staff and develop procurement packages and evaluation criteria.
• Support policy development and process improvements.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and program teams on complex matters.
