Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of IRI's global procurement operations.
• Review and approve procurement packages within delegated authority.
• Provide technical guidance on planning, competition requirements, and source selection.
• Support audits, donor monitoring, and procurement reviews.
• Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and templates.
