Job summary

Inter Miami CF seeks a Senior Manager, Procurement to architect and lead the end-to-end S2P function for Miami Beckham United and future MFP scope expansion. You will design the operating model, enforce policy, and drive cost containment across all third-party spend.

You will build vendor management, governance, and spend analytics programs, while partnering with Legal and Finance to negotiate terms and ensure compliance in a high-growth sports and stadium environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 6+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience authoring and enforcing procurement policy in growing organizations.
• Proven ability to deliver quantified cost savings via competitive sourcing and category strategies.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable operations and vendor master data governance.

Responsibilities

• Author, publish, and enforce the Club's procurement policy and related governance.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP activities and category strategy development.
• Own vendor onboarding, master data, and contract renewal calendars.
• Drive PO discipline, 90%+ spend under PO, and no PO, no pay enforcement.
• Oversee AP operations end-to-end and drive spend analytics reporting.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and cross-functional teams on supplier negotiations.
