Job summary

North End Teleservices is seeking a Procurement Manager to build and lead a centralized procurement function, establish policies, processes, and controls, and partner with Finance, IT, HR, and Operations to align purchasing with business needs.

Initially hands-on, the role will scale the function, develop staff, and implement supplier governance, contract management, and spend analytics to enable cost savings and compliant procurement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5-7 years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or vendor-management experience.
• Experience establishing or redesigning procurement processes.
• Experience negotiating vendor agreements and commercial terms.
• Strong understanding of purchasing controls and segregation of duties.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a centralized procurement function with procedures, workflows, and controls.
• Lead strategic sourcing and vendor management across the organization.
• Establish vendor due-diligence and maintain a centralized vendor inventory.
• Develop procurement dashboards and KPIs for executive leadership.
• Build staffing models and develop procurement staff as the function grows.
