Job summary

AVANGRID POWER, LLC in Orange, CT is seeking an EPC & Utility Scale Sourcing Manager to lead procurement for materials and services. You will manage competitive bidding for multi-hundred million dollar projects, evaluate proposals, select suppliers, and drive cost reductions while ensuring quality and timeliness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in supply management, strong negotiation skills, and experience with EPC/renewable energy projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in supply management, RFPs, pricing, and contracts.
• Experience negotiating global supplier contracts with OEMs in an international environment.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment markets and procurement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and administer RFPs/quotations for EPC and construction services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive procurement initiatives and reduce costs.
• Negotiate and award large construction contracts with suppliers and legal counsel.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships and KPI tracking.
