Job summary

Hw3 Llc is seeking an experienced procurement leader to drive the sourcing and contracting for a $3B pharmaceutical capital project in the United States. The role covers equipment, services and indirect requirements, with responsibility for RFx, negotiations and POs across engineering, construction and commissioning functions.

You will develop procurement plans, schedules and budgets while coordinating with multiple internalGroups and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and compliance

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, contracting, or capital project experience.
• Experience in pharma, biotech, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing.
• Capital equipment, construction services, commissioning/qualification or drug product facilities experience desirable.
• Experience leading procurement for large capital projects and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement execution for a $3B pharmaceutical capital project, covering equipment, services and indirect requirements.
• Manage sourcing, RFx, bid evaluations, negotiations, contracting and purchase orders across equipment, engineering, construction, technical services and commissioning/qualification.
• Develop and maintain procurement plans, sourcing schedules, budgets, risks and supplier action plans to support key project milestones.
• Manage supplier performance and delivery, including engineering, manufacturing, testing, documentation, logistics and installation support.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Operations, Finance, Legal, Quality and Category teams.
• Support resolution of supplier delays, change orders, claims, invoice issues and other commercial matters.
• Work with third-party engineering, construction management and procurement providers to ensure procurement activities are delivered effectively.
