Job summary

The Procurement Intern at Wonder will support sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and operational activities in a dynamic New York office. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the procurement lifecycle while collaborating with Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams.

We’re looking for a bachelor’s student in Business/Finance/Supply Chain with strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and sourcing projects including market research and supplier onboarding.
• Analyze spend, supplier data, and contracts to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare pricing comparisons and benchmarks for supplier negotiations.
• Maintain procurement trackers, contract records, and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams on procurement initiatives.
• Assist in presentations and leadership reviews.
• Conduct ad hoc research to support category strategies.
