Responsibilities

• Assist the Procurement department with daily activities and projects to support department goals.
• Track and report cost savings.
• Maintain adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
• Conduct supplier research and gather information on products, services, and pricing.
• Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives with category managers and analyze spend data.
• Prepare RFx documents and support supplier evaluations and negotiations.
• Contribute to category strategy refreshes with market intelligence.
• Identify inefficiencies in procurement workflows and suggest improvements or automation opportunities.
• Assist with procurement-related projects including supplier research and data analysis.
