Responsibilities

• Assist Procurement with daily activities and projects to meet department goals.
• Track and report cost savings.
• Maintain adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
• Research potential suppliers/vendors and collect product pricing information.
• Collaborate with category managers on cost-saving opportunities and spend analysis.
• Prepare RFx documents and evaluate supplier proposals under supervision.
• Contribute to category strategy Refresh with market intel and benchmarking data.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest workflow improvements.
• Support procurement-related projects including data analysis and stakeholder coordination.
