Responsibilities

• Assist Procurement with daily activities and projects to meet department goals.
• Track and report cost savings.
• Adhere to procurement policies and procedures.
• Research potential suppliers/vendors and gather product, service, and pricing information.
• Collaborate with category managers to identify savings opportunities and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare RFx documents, evaluate supplier proposals, and support negotiations under supervision.
• Contribute to category strategy refreshes with market intelligence and benchmarks.
• Identify inefficiencies in procurement workflows and suggest automation or optimization opportunities.
• Support procurement-related projects including supplier research, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
