Job summary

Breezeline is seeking an Advisor, Procurement Governance and Systems to strengthen North American procurement governance, risk management, and compliance. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining processes, tools, and reporting across the full lifecycle of procurement and third-party management.

You will lead AI initiatives, automate supplier processes, and optimize ERP/S2C, Data Studio, and BI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, MIS, or Engineering.
• Supply chain, project management certifications are a plus.
• 3–5 years in procurement governance, supply chain management, or project management.
• Fluent in French and English (oral & written).
• Knowledge of supplier risk management and Source-to-Pay & ERP ecosystems.
• Experience with Generative AI/LLMs and ML applications.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Python).
• Strong SQL querying skills and advanced Excel modeling.
• Knowledge of Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting.
• Experience with Workday and Ivalua is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives and maintenance for Procurement, including global projects.
• Automate procurement and supplier processes and optimize ERP, S2C, Google Suite, and BI tools.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and risks and prepare decision-support reports.
• Manage Third-Party Risk Management framework and related processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve sustainability, supplier diversity, and local procurement.
