Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business or public administration.
• 7 years of professional related experience preferred; exceptional substitution allowed.
• 3–5 years of verifiable experience in purchasing or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Administers and coordinates procurement of goods and services.
• Prepares procurement documents and supporting materials.
• Monitors procurement activities for policy compliance.
• Generates and analyzes procurement reports and researches issues.
• Liaises with vendors and internal departments to facilitate purchasing.
• Assists with vendor onboarding and supplier documentation.
