The Boeing Company in Everett, WA is seeking a Procurement Financial Analyst Manager to lead a finance team supporting contract activities with global suppliers. This onsite role focuses on cost/price analysis, economic value, and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic business decisions.

You will oversee development of financial analyses, manage project plans, and ensure alignment with executive priorities.

Procurement Financial Analyst Manager

based out of Everett, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Supply Chain Finance Leadership Team in Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). This position leads a team of analysts responsible for all finance functions in support of contracting activities with suppliers across the world on all programs. As the manager of a talented group of finance analysts, you will lead the team in developing financial analysis to support strategic business decisions, and foster effective communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads, motivates and develops employees performing cost/price analysis, financial and operational analysis of supplier risk, quantitative should cost and affordability analysis
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
• Leads and oversees development of financial analysis and overall economic value to support executive business decisions
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical and financial approaches, products and processes

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience using financial analysis for the purposes of decision-making
• 5+ years of demonstrated performance with establishing business and cross-functional partnerships
• 1+ years of experience leading projects or teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Supply chain and negotiations experience
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and excellent project management skills

Relocation:

The Basic Relocation package will be offered.

Summary pay range: $133,450 - $157,000
