Job summary

You will review requisitions in CUNYBuy, develop bid specs, issue bids, and coordinate with legal and the NYC Comptroller's Office. A Bachelor's degree and six years’ experience are required, with MWBE advocacy and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and six years' related experience required.
• Experience with procurement, contracts, and vendor management preferred.
• Familiarity with MWBE programs and NYS/City procurement regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review requisitions in CUNYBuy and ensure proper documentation.
• Develop bid specs and advertise in City Record and NYS Contract Reporter.
• Release bids, conduct vendor site visits, and issue addenda.
• Manage Board Resolutions and Contract packages for tax and non-tax levy projects & RFPs.
• Interact with CUNY Legal and NYC Comptroller's Office for contract registration.
• Advocate for MWBE vendors in line with CUNY policies.
