Job summary

Quince seeks a Procurement / Facility Specialist for its QRC1 Returns Center in New Jersey. You will combine procurement expertise with facility management to ensure timely supply chain operations, inventory accuracy, and facility improvements.

This role drives cost control and operational excellence in a rapidly growing, sustainability-focused company. The position covers procurement, inventory control, vendor relations, and facility projects with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Inventory Management (18–20 hours/week).
• Regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy at 98%+.
• Create and manage purchase orders with vendors.
• Update and maintain inventory management systems and records.
• Vendor & Relationship Management (8–10 hours/week).
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor communications; track performance.
• Facility Coordination & Projects (8–10 hours/week).
• Lead small facility improvement projects and oversee maintenance.
• Forecast supply needs and participate in annual budgeting.
• Maintain documentation, generate reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.
