Job summary

Swoon is seeking a results-driven professional in San Francisco to own the end-to-end procurement experience in Zip. You’ll redesign intake, forms, and guided buying flows to make requests simple, trackable, and properly routed, while strengthening policy compliance and review quality.

You’ll lead automation of routing, approvals, and handoffs across stakeholders, driving strategic and high-impact UX improvements and running experiments to ship measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Zip intake-to-procure workflows.
• Strong understanding of forms, routing, approvals and conditional logic.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled procurement features and automation.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the end-to-end employee experience in Zip, the single front door for spend requests.
• Redesign intake questions, forms, conditional logic and guided buying flows to reduce friction.
• Configure and optimize automated workflows, routing rules, and approvals with stakeholders.
• Drive strategic UX improvements and high-impact, smaller changes for better clarity.
• Identify pain points, run experiments/A-B tests, and ship measurable improvements.
• Expand AI-enabled procurement experiences and infuse AI capabilities into workflows.
