Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate’s degree required; coursework in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in a supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or administrative role (internships welcome).
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of follow‑through and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support the monitoring of open purchase orders to help ensure delivery commitments align with business and production requirements.
• Perform routine supplier follow‑ups on order acknowledgements, delivery dates, and shipment status.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates within ERP/MRP systems to support data integrity and decision‑making.
