Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Expediting: Monitor all open purchase orders to ensure suppliers meet committed delivery dates.
• Contact suppliers daily to verify order status, manufacturing progress, shipment schedules, and expected delivery dates.
• Obtain updated delivery commitments and communicate any schedule changes immediately.
• Escalate late or high-risk orders to Procurement Management.
