2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, expediting, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Purchase Order Expediting: monitor open POs, verify status, schedule, and delivery dates. Escalate late/high-risk orders.
Production & Project Support: prioritize expediting activities per production schedules and milestones.
Reporting & Analytics: maintain promise dates in ERP, generate/open PO, past due, and OTTD reports.
Logistics Coordination: coordinate inbound shipments and expedite freight as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: support Buyers and Procurement Managers, participate in planning meetings.
