• Develop and execute a multi-year Procurement Excellence and Transformation roadmap, enabling cost optimization and operational excellence.
• Implement methodologies, governance frameworks, standards, tools, and leading practices that enable procurement performance and consistency across the organization.
• Partner with the CPO to optimize the Procurement operating model, governance structures, service delivery frameworks, and organizational capabilities.
