Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Cary, NC, seeks a Senior Manager, Procurement to lead supplier risk management and SRM programs, while driving governance, policies, and tools across the organization.

You will educate, train, and influence teams, adopt best practices, and develop metrics to measure procurement effectiveness, partnering with stakeholders to enable strategic sourcing and standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain or procurement roles.
• Experience leading procurement process and tool implementations.
• Proven ability to influence and drive strategy across teams.
• Travel 15–20%.

Responsibilities

• Leads implementation of supplier risk management processes and tools.
• Leads development of formal supplier relationship management program (evaluation guidelines, selection, evaluation, risk assessment, quality, ongoing performance and offboarding).
• Leads design and maintenance of procurement processes and tools (category management, strategic sourcing, SRM, procurement ops).
• Develops strategic plan for procurement technology adoptions and enhancements.
• Manages policies, SOPs, and training for procurement activities.
• Standardizes and consolidates procurement practices and compliance reporting.
