Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Procurement to support SRM programs, governance activities, and supplier risk management. The role partners with category managers and stakeholders to improve supplier performance, engage suppliers, and drive governance across the organization.

You will maintain supplier scorecards, dashboards, and reports while coordinating reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Hybrid onsite work in Exton, PA with no relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Associate's degree; CSPM/Project Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SRM program and governance activities.
• Coordinate QBRs and supplier performance discussions.
• Maintain supplier scorecards, dashboards, and reporting.
• Track KPIs, SLAs, and risk metrics.
• Support supplier risk assessment and due diligence processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier performance and risk oversight.
