Job summary

CSL Behring seeks an Associate Director, Procurement Enablement of Responsible Procurement, Governance and Talent Development to strengthen governance and capability foundations of Enterprise Procurement & Supplier Management (ESPM). This is an influential, individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Procurement Enablement.

Responsibilities include governing policies, SOPs, ESG strategy delivery, and the design of a Procurement Academy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, procurement, or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in procurement operations or governance desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement operations, shared services, or governance roles.

Responsibilities

• Governance: own governance accountability for policies, procedures, playbooks, standards, and SOPs; manage compliance reporting and governance intranet.
• ESG: design and deliver procurement ESG strategy and roadmap aligned with corporate ESG strategy; embed ESG into procurement activities.
• Learning & Development: design and implement a talent development strategy including a Procurement Academy; develop capability frameworks and learning pathways.
• Leadership: lead through influence as a trusted advisor; build relationships across EPSM, HR, and the business; drive change in a global environment.
