Job summary

Solidigm Inc. in California seeks a Supply Chain business expert who leads a team of procurement professionals and/or people managers for effective and efficient procurement operations, delivering on the Cost, Availability, Quality, and Sustainability objectives of the supply chain.

You will build and own multi-year category strategies, coordinate global procurement, and ensure compliant spend with Finance and Legal partners. Leadership experience in ESG or related fields is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ESG/sustainability, supply chain risk management, or related field.
• Experience leading teams for indirect spend and category management.
• Strong negotiation, contracting, and policy-embedding skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of directors and sourcing leads.
• Own day-to-day procurement for indirect spend and drive savings.
• Strategic category management, competitive sourcing, and risk governance.
• Drive supplier onboarding, due diligence, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT and HR to embed policy and controls.
